The beginning of something that was not to be?

The one thing I thought I would never do was become an agency owner! Yet, here we are.

So far, the ten days of being an agency owner have been filled with hills and valleys. But that's to be expected when you're in a season of transition. I'm a big fan of understanding the seasons in our lives!

I'm writing this first newsletter excitedly about what the future will bring. I'm sitting here thinking about the lessons the entire organization will learn. I'm sitting here worried about screwing it up, being a great boss, and adding the value that needs to be added to our clients businesses.
